倪柝聲在1948年的復出及與此相關的宗教理論/梁家麟

本文接續〈倪柝聲有關控罪的考證〉,敘述倪柝聲自1942年因罪被教會停職後,於1948年在李常受的協助下復出的整個部署過程。其中特別關注的是倪柝聲與李常受所提出的宗教理論,諸如生命樹與知識善惡樹的分別,子女必須為父親的罪遮蓋,身體的知覺與配搭事奉,話語的職事與對真理的壟斷,順服代表的權柄等。藉著這些理論,倪柝聲與李常受一方面合理化倪氏的復出,鎮壓所有反對的聲音;另方面進一步合理化倪氏的中央集權,從而防範日後有像1942年的背叛事件發生。
ABSTRACT
Following the author’s prior research “An Examination of the Judicial Charges Brought against Watchman Nee in the 1950s,” the article recounts the planning of Nee for his reinstatement in 1948,with the help of Witness Lee, six years after Nee was suspended by local churches. Attention is especially paid to religious theories advanced by Nee and Lee, including the differences between the tree of life and the tree of knowledge of good and evil, the necessity that children should conceal their father’s sin, body consciousness and supplementation to the ministry, minister of the Word and his complete monopoly of the truth, and total submission to the authority of God’s representative. With these theories, Nee’s reinstatement was rationalized, and all oppositions are suppressed. At the same time Nee’s centralized leading power is too rationalized, as to prevent desertion similar to that in 1942.
