撮要

本文旨在以陳崇桂牧師於四十年代對奮興佈道家的評論，再次引證作者在第十一期〈奮興佈道家對華人教會的塑造〉一文中的論點，認為華人奮興家對華人教會確實帶來一些負面的影響。

ABSTRACT

This paper introduces serveral articles written by Rev. Macrus Cheng in the 1940s on the adverse effects of Chinese revivalists to the public image of local pastors and the local church ministry. They form an additional forceful historical evidence to support the writer’s arguments in his article on “Chinese Revivalists and the Contemporary Chinese Church” of Jian Dao issue 11.
