一九九八年我跟一百位北角堂的弟兄姊妹到將軍澳植堂（宣基堂），因神的恩典，加上眾同工和執事的努力，現時約有一千二百人，其中青少年牧區（11至25歲）有四百多人。過去十二年，為了發展宣基堂的青少年事工，我研究了全港三百多間堂會的青少年事工，發現大多數面對不少挑戰......…
