今日教會面對兩大衝擊；其一是新冠疫情所造成的影響，其二是信二代的大量流失。前者所帶來的衝擊包含：（1）有些家庭因各種原因暫時無意回到教會聚會；（2）疫情封鎖期間，父母參與各樣的親子教育網路課程或講座，吸收到多元的，甚至是非基督教觀點的信息。後者，亦即信二代的出走，促使教會必須（1） 裝備父母在家擔任祭司的職分，（2）挑旺家庭這個小教會，來同心建立教會這個大家庭。根據研究顯示，一旦信二代對教會這個大家庭產生歸屬感，他們離開教會的可能性就會降低。筆者將從教會牧者的角度，透過費登堡和羅倫斯所提出之信心發展的三個工場（分別為分齡、跨代、家庭的工場），來為上述的議題與挑戰提供一些可行的建議。

ABSTRACT

Churches nowadays are facing two major impacts; one is the influence of the covid-19 pandemic, and the other is the high turnover rate of next generations. The impact of the former includes: (1) some families have no intention of returning to church gatherings for various reasons; (2) during the lockdown period, parents participated in various parent-child education online courses or lectures, absorbing diverse or even non- Christian information. The latter, i.e. the exodus of next generations, spurred the church (1) to equip parents serving as priests at home, and (2) to mobilize families as small churches to build the church as a big family together. According to a research, once young generations have a sense of belonging to the church as a big family, they are less likely to leave the church. From the perspective of being a pastor at a church, the author provides some constructive suggestions for the above-mentioned issues and challenges, which is based on Faith Development in The Three Arenas proposed by Freudenburg and Lawrence (the age-specific arenas, the intergenerational arenas, and the home arenas respectively).
