牧者在這個轉型急變的時代，必須再思其在教會所發揮的領導能力和角色。作者嘗試以今天商管界對優質領導觀念的最新討論與聖經神學模式作整合，幫助牧者對自己的領導本質與形式作反思，學習調整，強化自己的屬靈領導能力以迎合現代教會的需求。
ABSTRACT
Pastors living and serving in this fast-changing and paradigm-shift age need to rethink the role and style of their leadership in the church. The awareness of today’s people to make the transition from the old style of leadership to a new one is a challenge for first- rate management in every organization, including the church. The author attempts to integrate the modern business world’s discussion on the concept of high-quality leadership with biblical and theological patterns, especially in dealing with the nature of leadership- transformational leadership model, the servant leadership style and characteristics, the process of empowerment, and leadership credibility. The attempt of this article is to better the pastors’ understanding of what direction of pastoral leadership is taking in today’s church situation in which they are serving.
