羅博士自2003年取得音樂文學士至今，一直參與有關聖樂、禮儀神學及崇拜學的研究與服侍。在美國作自由傳道期間，曾擔任教會風琴司、合唱指揮及加略特福音神學院客席講師。她的研究興趣包括三一神學與崇拜更新、詩篇在崇拜中的牧養與禮儀唱誦、 全球化與崇拜、聖餐神學、從民族音樂學看詩歌與文化的對話等。

「如此相信，如此唱頌」 詩班如何在疫情下練習？／羅潔盈

縱然讀經組未能像詩班訓練般體驗音樂語言的能力，但卻透過加入戲劇元素的演繹，發掘肢體語言不同的可能性。剛過去的聖樂會中的經文演繹，正是導師與同學們一同透過查考經文內容，運用創意，共同構思的設計，並經過排練而得出彼此配合、一致的演繹。

2020建道神學院受苦節培靈獻身會的感想 / 羅潔盈

雖然今年不能舉辦聖樂會，卻重拾建道一個以前的傳統。早期學院每年都會在禮堂有受難節崇拜，住在長洲的信徒也同來參與，思念基督為我們犠牲的愛。
