從六宗教領袖座談會說起──香港伊斯蘭教與基督教對「九一一事件」的回應／黃玉明

撮要

香港六宗教領袖座談會至1978年起舉辦至今，強調的是建立關係。本文就「九一一事件」探討當時六宗教座談會其中的香港基督教與伊斯蘭教的回應，而研究範圍也延伸至座談會以外。

事實上，座談會並沒有針對社會情況而作出切題的討論，以致伊斯蘭教和基督教需要在座談會以外另闢蹊徑，作宗教對話。

ABSTRACT

The Symposium of the Leaders of Six Religions is held regularly since 1978. It aims to enhance the relationship among the six religions. This paper focuses on the 9.11 Incident, exploring the subjects raised in the Symposium and comparing the responses from the Islamic and Christian sectors in Hong Kong. And more researches are kept going beyond the scope of the study in the Symposium.

As a matter of fact, the discussions engaged in the Symposium do not necessarily cover the subject thoroughly, the Muslims and Christians thereby need to make way for further dialogues beyond the Symposium.
