《給我羊》——滕近輝牧師牧養模式初探／高明發

滕近輝牧師在香港宣道會北角堂擔任主任牧師一職三十年。「牧者心聲」是滕牧師自1981年5月17日在主日周刊上開始的一個專欄，以分享「心事」為主。
「牧者心聲」乃是一種牧養的方法，藉着溝通可以處理不適合在講道中提及的課題。筆者假定滕牧師在每一個主日周刊中的「牧者心聲」呈現了他的牧養理念、方法，在這一個意義上它就成為了解他的牧養神學與教會管理的重要原始資料。
本文將按照《給我羊》一書中第二部分一共六十九篇的「牧者心聲」，分類進行研究，試圖整理出滕牧師的牧養理念，接着，也從第一部分「事奉心路」篇章中，挑選涵蓋北宣事工重點的篇章，希望可以勾畫出滕牧師在推動這些事工所展現的教會觀與神學理念。
ABSTRACT
Reverend Philip Teng was the senior pastor for North Point Alliance Church for thirty years. “Pastor’s Voice” began on May 17, 1981 as a column in the church bulletin to share his thoughts. It is a method of shepherding by discussing various issues which may not be mentioned on the pulpit. This paper proposes “Pastor‘s Voice” reveals Teng’s understanding and methods of shepherding. Thus it is the raw materials in which Teng’s theology of pastoral ministry and perspectives in church management are revealed.
This paper begins with the second section of the book, My Heart, My Words, which consists of sixty-nine articles, to construct Teng’s ideology of pastoral ministry, and from the first section of the book to show-case the ministry focus of North Point Alliance Church that reflect the Ecclesiology and theological understanding of Teng.
