ABSTRACT

This article affirms our President Dr. James Cheung as a distinguished visionary leader in the development of the Seminary during the past two decades. The author discusses an effective vision that is based on clear definition of vision as an imaginative perception of future, combining insight and foresight that mobilizing believers to commit passionately in church ministry. The article also discusses the origin of vision, communicating process and setting a clear vision statement as the basis of developmental strategies.
